Justin Clement is a lifelong Olympia resident with deep roots in the South Sound community. Raised on Steamboat Island Road in the same home his parents built in 1979, Justin brings true local knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people find the right home or property.
For over 25 years, his family owned Tumwater Lanes, where Justin learned the value of great service, relationships, and showing up for the community. Before real estate, he spent four years on the Professional Bowlers Association Tour, earning a regional title in 2003 — a competitive spirit he now brings to negotiations and client success.
When he’s not helping buyers and sellers, Justin serves on Search and Rescue, cycles through the PNW with lifelong friends, golfs, mountain bikes, and stays active in the gym.
